Licensed Products


Our job is to represent manufacturers in licensing efforts by taking on the workload associated with the licensing process so you don’t have to. We do this by obtaining executed retail and promotional licenses from the licensor. Our licensing capabilities include, but are not limited to the collegiate, NASCAR, and NFL markets. M2 will also handle royalty reporting, royalty payments, advance royalty payments, application fees, annual administrative fees, obtaining artwork, design approvals, and product liability insurance coverage.

Anyone with any experience with licensed products knows that the licensing process is one that will require a great deal of thought, research, and commitment. Bear in mind that there is never a guarantee that a license will be obtained. Only those companies that can exhibit a commitment to the market, have established production and distribution capabilities, and offer a new or unique product to the industry will be granted the opportunity to obtain a license. It takes a significant investment in time and money to complete the licensing process.

The program enables the manufacturer to continue doing what it does best – manufacture and sell top-quality products. M2 will do what it does best – handle the licensing. Most importantly, it enables the manufacturer to refrain from actually obtaining any licenses while legally taking advantage of the more than $85+ billion licensed product industry.

M2 is always looking to build new relationships. Potential partners must be manufacturers of top-quality products. They must also have the ability to imprint or embroider their products. It is essential that the manufacturers have an established sales force to present the products to potential buyers. M2 is not a sales representative or distributor of licensed products.
